Discounted clearance items and certain premium thrift items may also be marked as &#8220;Final Sale.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Process a Return<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.Initiate Your Return:<\/strong>Log in or reach out to our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Log into your Winjims Fashion Collections account, go to your Order History, select the item you wish to return, and click &#8220;Request Return.&#8221; If you checked out as a guest, please email our support team at support@winjimsgroup.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your Order Number and reason for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.Package the Item:<\/strong>Include all original tags and receipts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Be sure to include the original packing slip or a piece of paper with your Name, Order Number, and contact details inside the package so we can identify your return quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.Ship it Back to Us:<\/strong>Send via courier or drop off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. You can drop the package off at one of our designated partner courier hubs or ship it directly to our facility.
